摘要
目的调查分析急性心肌梗死单病种质量管理实施情况。方法以2011年5月-2012年4月报送的63例急性心肌梗死病例为调查对象,选取中国医院协会评价评估部报告的全国397所三甲医院2009年10月-12月报送的14558例急性心肌梗死病例作为对照组。比较两组1-8项过程质量评价指标的完成情况。结果调查组较对照组除第三项指标外,其余各项指标执行率都达到或超过三甲医院(2009年)的水平。结论急性心肌梗死的诊疗活动是规范的,流程是合理的。单病种质量管理仍然需要不断的持续推进。
Objective Investigation and analysis of our hospital with acute myocardial infarction of single disease quality management implementa- tion. Method In my hospital from 2011 May - 2012 year in April to63patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as investigation object, Chinese Hospital Association evaluation report of the Ministry of the 397hospitals in 2009 10 - 12 month report of 14558 patients with acute myocardial infarction were taken as the control group. Result Investigation group than in the control group, except for the third indexes, the rest of the indicators have reached or exceeded the rate of implementation of hospital （2009） level. Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction diagnosis and treatment is the standard, process is reasonable. The single disease quality management still needs to continue to advance.
