摘要
对目前液晶显示器生产工艺进行了研究,针对显示效果要求更高的薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(TFT-Thin Film Transistor)的生产工艺研制开发出一种新型设备可以有效地提高显示效果。对该设备的工作原理、总体构成及关键技术进行了分析和讨论。
With the development of the technology of LCD, the process for the production of liquid crystal display device has put forward higher requirements. The production of liquid crystal display technology was studied.
