摘要
泥岩浸水膨胀产生局部地应力异常是导致油水井套管损坏的主要原因之一,通过理论和数值模拟,研究了泥岩膨胀产生的附加套管载荷,泥岩浸水范围不同、井周的地层参数不同对泥岩浸水膨胀后产生的附加载荷不同。泥岩浸水速度和最终浸水程度与临近层的压力有关,压力越高浸水速度和浸水范围越大,产生的膨胀载荷越大,在实际生产过程中应该控制不同产层之间的压力差,减小泥岩浸水导致套损情况发生。
Local abnormal stress caused by water invading shale expansion is the main reason of casing damage.We studied the additional casing load of well caused by shale expansion through theory and the numerical simulation,Water invading range and formation parameter around the well govern the additional casing load.Surrounding pressure affects water invading velocity and the last invasion depth.With the rising of pressure,the invading velocity and the range of invaded shale increase,and cause greater casing load.In the course of oil field exploit,the interbeded pressure difference should be controlled in appropriate range in order to decrease the casing damage caused by shale invading.
