摘要
本文报告义眼台植入后脱出15例,其中本院植入后脱出者9例,外院手术后脱出者6例。我院手术方法有2类5种,合计131例。15例脱出的原因是;感染2例;切口缝合不牢3例;手术方式不合理2例;植入术后不久再作眼睑磨削术1例;机械性磨擦穿破结膜者4例;原因不明2例;结膜囊缩窄1例。作者认为近期脱出者多为切口缝合不牢,而远期多为义眼台不平和转位,义眼台的棱角磨擦结膜而穿破。
Fifteen cases of the extruding of post enucleation orbital implant were analysed. of which nine were from our hospital and six from others. There were five kinds of operation methods performed in our hospital, and 131 cases in total. The causes of the 15 cases were as follows: two cases by infection, three for inappropriate suture, two inappropriate operation type, one case was the second operation of eyelid after orbital implant, four cases were due to mechanical friction, one conjunetiva contraction and two unknown reason. The auther believes that the disease occurred in early stage was due to inappropriate suture and that in later stage was due to the rotation of orbital implant or the mechanical friction to the conjunctiva and the perforation was then caused.
