摘要
目的:探索建立同病异证H22肝癌小鼠中药个体化辨证论治联合手术及化疗的综合治疗方案及初步评价其疗效。方法:采用H22肝癌细胞腋下实体瘤小鼠及小鼠标准化、计量化辨证方法,观察中药个体化辨证论治联合手术及化疗的综合治疗方案对小鼠带瘤生存时间、抑瘤率和证候等的综合疗效。结果:建立了中药个体化辨证论治联合手术及化疗方法,该方法在抑瘤率、术后早期生存率,以及改善小鼠免疫紊乱与衰退方面显示出一定的优势。结论:在实验室可以模拟临床,建立起肿瘤小鼠个体化辨证论治联合手术及化疗方法,为综合治疗方案的探索、优化和提高提供了方法学。
Objective ： To establish the protocol for the treatment of H22 liver cancer by syndrome differentiation combined surgery and chemotherapy and to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Methods： Mice with H22 liver cancer were selected and standardization and measurement of syndrome differentiation were adopted. The comprehensive effect of survival time, tumor inhibiting rates and syndrome were observed by individualized differentiation combined surgery and chemotherapy. Results： The protocol for the treatment of H22 liver cancer by syndrome differentiation combined surgery and chemotherapy was established. This protocol can inhibit the tumor, prolong the survival time, and improve immunodeficiency and imnmne recession. Conclusion： Imitate clinical condition in the laboratory and establish the protocol of Chinese medicine individualized diagnosis combined surgery and chemotherapy, which provides the methodology for exploration, optimization and improvement for the comprehensive protocol.
