摘要
为了区别中药功效与药效,回顾中药功效的形成过程并分析中药功效的结构。中药功效可以分为作用对象和作用类型两部分,绝大多数功效作用对象与中医的核心概念相关,中药的功效无论是从作用对象还是作用类型来说均具有明显的中医药特色,与中药现代化的药效有很大不同。中药功效研究的主体应当是中药对证功效的研究。
In order to distinguish the Chinese medicine efficacy and drug effect, this paper reviewed the forming process of efficacy and structure of Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine efficacy can be divided into action object and action form. Most of the action related to the core conception in TCM. The efficacy of Chinese medicine has obvious characteristics of TCM and different from the drug effect in modern medicine. The subject of Chinese medicine efficacy is drug effect for syndrome.
