摘要
目的:探讨疏肝利胆方对腹腔镜辅助保胆取石术后患者胆囊功能的影响。方法:将60例胆囊结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。所有患者均行腹腔镜辅助保胆取石术治疗,术后常规处理;治疗组患者在术后给予疏肝利胆方治疗,疗程为6个月。分别于术前和术后l个月、3个月、6个月、1年通过B超测定胆囊大小,计算并比较两组患者的胆囊容积和胆囊收缩率。结果:腹腔镜辅助保胆取石术后,治疗组和对照组患者的胆囊收缩率较术前均明显降低(P<0.01),且在术后6个月、1年对照组患者的胆囊收缩率较治疗组降低更加显著(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝利胆方对保胆取石术后患者的胆囊功能具有一定的改善作用。
Objective： To explore the effects of ＂ Shugan Lidan Recipe＂ on gallbladder function of patients after laparoscopie-assisted eholecystolithotomy. Methods： Sixty patients with cholecystolithiasis were randomized into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with laparoscopic-assisted cholecystolithotomy, and the treatment group was treated with ＂Shugan Lidan Recipe＂ after operation with a course of six months. The gallbladder size was detected by B uhrasound, and the gallbladder contractile rate was calculated before operation, one month, three months, six months and one year after operation. Results： The gallbladder contractile rate of treatment group and control group significantly decreased after operation （P 〈 0.01 ） , and the gallbladder contractile rate of control group was lower than that of treatment group six months and one year after operation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： ＂Shugan Lidan Recipe ＂ can improve the gallbladder contractile function of patients after laparoscopic-assisted cholecystolithotomy.
