摘要
为了提高钢锹类金属制件热成型炉的加热质量,减少能量消耗,将原有煤气加热成型炉改进为天然气加热,同时将挂接式输送链传送改造成辊底传送。结果表明,加热制度设计合理,对工件加热均匀,燃料消耗仅为原来50%左右,同时采用废烟气能量回收装置可将大部分废热充分利用。
In order to reduce energy consumption and improve heating quality of the furnace for spade type metal parts, an improved furnace was designed with natural gas combustion and roller transmission instead of coal gas and chain conveyor, respectively. The results show that the heating system design is suitable, the workpieee can be heated uniformly, most heat energy can be recycled efficiently with a waste gas recovery device, and the fuel consumption is only about 50% of the original.
