摘要
介绍了近年来关于高比重钨基合金材料强化研究的最新进展。根据钨基合金制品的成形过程,将其分为预强化和后期强化两个过程。在预强化部分,概要介绍了钨合金材料的晶粒细化强化、添加元素强化、烧结强化以及组织强化技术;作为重点,在后期强化过程中,详细描述了目前关于钨合金的几种主要形变强化工艺,包括旋锻、轧制以及热挤压和静液挤压工艺,并对其强化机制进行了分析研究。进一步介绍了热等静压强化的特点和强化机理。
The newest development about the recent research of high specific gravity tungsten alloy material strengthening technology was introduced comprehensively and synthetically. According to the process of tungsten alloy material, it is divided into two courses.- pre-strengthening and post-strengthening. In the first post-strengthening part, some strengthening technologies, such as grain refinement, element adding, sintering and metallurgical structure strengthe- ning technology were introduced briefly. Also, as a keynote, some major deformation strengthen crafts on tungsten alloy were described in detail in the second post-strengthening part and the crafts included rotating forging, rolling, hot extrusion and hydrostatic extrusion technology. The theory of them was analyzed and studied. In addition, the strengthening technology of HIP and strengthening theory was introduced.
