摘要
目的:观察通窍化栓汤对急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其血清中VEGF、Ang-1含量的影响。方法:选择60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组30例,对照组30例,对照组采用血栓通注射液及阿斯匹林肠溶片;观察组采用在对照组基础上加通窍化栓汤治疗,疗程15天。分别比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损(NFD)评分及血清中Ang-1、VEGF水平的变化。结果:治疗后两组NFD评分较治疗前均有明显改善,但观察组NFD评分改善较对照组更为显著(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者血清中VEGF含量均有不同程度增加(P<0.01);观察组治疗后血清VEGF含量增高尤为明显,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者血清中Ang-1含量均有不同程度下降(分别P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗后两组比较亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍化栓汤可调节脑梗死患者血清中Ang-1、VEGF的含量,改善神经功能缺损,值得进一步研究及应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Huashuan Decoction on patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on the serum contents of VEGF and Ang-1.Methods:60 acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases),the control group patients were treated with Xueshuantong Injection and Aspirin,on the base of it,treatment group therapy was added Tongqiao Huashuan Decoction.The course of treatment was 15 days.Neurological functional deficit(NFD)scores and serum levels of Ang-1 and VEGF in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The NFD scores of two groups after treatment were obviously improved compared with that of groups before treatment,the improvements were more significant in treatment group than that in the control group(P0.01).The serum levels of VEGF in two groups after treatment were increased to various degrees(P0.01);after treatment,the level of VEGF was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.01).The serum levels of Ang-1 in two groups after treatment were decreased to various degrees(P0.01,P0.05 respectively);after treatment,there was statistically significant differences between control group and treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Huashuan Decoction can regulate serum levels of Ang-1 and VEGF in patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve neurological functional deficit.This study suggests its further research and application.
