摘要
在职业教育大力倡导校企合作的背景下,应该清楚地认识到并非所有的企业都适合参与校企合作。辽宁成大集团的个案分析表明,企业的规模、业务类型、人才发展战略是制约企业是否适合参与职业学校人才培养过程的重要因素。在国家主导下,搭建企业参与学校职业教育的公共平台,制定相关政策,保障参与校企合作企业的权利等,是调动企业参与校企合作积极性的关键。
Under the background of advocating school-enterprise cooperation, it should be recognized that not all enterprises are suitable for participating in school-enterprise cooperation. Case analysis on Liaoning Chengda Group showed that, the scale, business type and talent development strategies are important factors restricting whether the enterprise is suitable for participating in the talent cultivation process of vocational education. Under the guidance of the nation, the following are key factors to motivate the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in vocational education: building public platform for enterprise participating in vocational education and formulating relative policies to guarantee the rights of enterprises.
