摘要
加强水资源需求管理是资源水利的重要内容之一。随着水资源供需矛盾日益突出 ,分析了水资源由供给管理转向需求管理的主要原因及采取的一系列对策和措施 ,提出了依然存在的一些问题和展望了水资源管理的发展趋势。
