摘要
随着当今世界所涌出的新理论、新问题 ,概述了水资源研究出现的若干新形势。换一角度 ,从时间对水资源研究的作用上重新探讨了水资源的涵义 。
With the rapid development of new theory and new problem, the current trends in the areas of water resources research are reviewed in this paper On the other hand, the concept of water resources , in the eye of time, is defined again Furthermore, the hydrologic replacement time and its relative theories are introduced to determine the water availabilit y from ground and surface water sources
