摘要
要提高工程建设质量，只有把政府建设行政主管部门的宏观监管和监理单位的微观控制结合起来，双管齐下，才能确保提高工程建设质量。
Raised quality of engineering construction, they should be combined that govenments administration departments’ macro-management and inspect and control units’ micro-management, work along both lines. So quality of engineering construction should be ensured.
