糖尿病肾病患者血清骨桥蛋白检测的临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究糖尿病肾病患者血清骨桥蛋白的水平及临床意义。方法纳入2型糖尿病患者78名,依据尿蛋白排泄率将其分为尿蛋白阴性组(D0组)28例、微量白蛋白尿组(D1组)25例及临床蛋白尿组(D2组)21例,另纳入健康对照组24例。分别测定血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)的浓度,对结果进行统计处理。结果骨桥蛋白(OPN)浓度测定显示,尿蛋白阴性组(D0组)、微量白蛋白尿组(D1组)及临床蛋白尿组(D2组)较健康对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义;随着病情进展,血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)在尿蛋白阴性组(D0组)、微量白蛋白尿组(D1组)及临床蛋白尿组(D2组)呈增高趋势。结论表明血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)与糖尿病肾病的发展有着密切关系,对糖尿病肾脏损伤的评估及治疗有一定的临床意义。
