摘要
由社会力量设立的科技奖励是国家科技奖励体系的重要组成部分,也是国家科技奖励的重要补充,本文阐述了促进社会力量奖励发展的重要现实意义,并结合当前社会力量发展存在的问题,有针对性地提出加强社会力量奖励管理的措施。
The social force award, an important part of national science and technology reward system, is also an impor- tant supplement to the national science and technology award . This paper elaborates the important realistic significance of social force award development, and provides some countermeasures according to current existing problems.
