摘要
常州生物医药具有较好的产业基础,但仍然存在着分散零乱、企业各自为阵、研发投入不足、创新能力不足、缺乏自主品牌等问题。科技管理部门在新形势下,通过制定规划,搭建国内外交流平台,创新人才培养模式,设立生物医药专项科技资金,完善中介服务体系等方面创新工作模式,为推进区域科技创新发挥科技支撑和引领的作用。
Although Changzhou has a good bio - pharmaceutical industrial base, there are still issues such as scattered, uncooperative, scant R＆D investment, lack of innovation, and shortage of independent brands. Under the new situation, the technology management offices play a leading and supportive role in the regional technology innovation by drawing up plans, building domestic and international communication platform, setting up innovative training models, establishing spe- cial biomedical funds, and optimizing innovation models for intermediary service system, etc.
