摘要
提出了齿轮箱故障诊断特征级数据关联的定义．在该定义的基础上，提出了基于Bootstrap方法的小样本诊断特征参数关联的方法．利用某型齿轮箱振动试验台测取的振动加速度响应信号对提取的特征参数进行了关联评估，基于Bootstrap方法的特征级数据关联方法正确区分出了效果不好的特征参数，证实了该数据关联方法的正确性．
The definition method of feature level data association for gearbox fault diagnosis is giv- en. With the guide of the definition, the feature level data association method for gearbox fault di- agnosis features based on Bootstrap method under small sample is provided. The features extrac- ted from the vibration acceleration response signal meseaured from some type of gearbox vibration testbed are evaluated and the bad features are identified correctly,which validate the feature level data association method.
