人舌背表面的扫描电镜研究

摘要 用扫描电镜观察清除了细胞外物质后的人舌表面细微结构:丝状乳头遍布舌背,略呈前外-后中方向排列,轻度向后倾斜。菌状乳头在丝状乳头之间,顶部呈火山口状。叶状乳头在舌后部侧缘。轮廓乳头顶部也呈火山口状,外周有1~2条深沟环绕。表层细胞脱落后乳头表面仍见到细胞之间的连接,乳头表面的微皱折清楚。 In order to examine the fine structure of the lingual dorsrl surface of human, scanning electron microscopy was performed, after removal of extracellular attached material from the lingual surface by acid hydrolysis. In human, filiform papillae were found to be distributed over tne entire dorsal surface of tne tongue, aligned roughly regularly from an ex-terno-anterior to mesioposterior direction, and slightly inclined towards the back. Fungiform papillae were distributed among filiform papillae and to be cavernous in shape at the top. Foliate papillae were located in the lateral border of the posterio part of the tongue. Cir-cumvallate papillae appeared cavernous in shape at the top as well, and were surrounded by one or two groovnes. On the surface of the papillae, cells conjunctions were demonstrated even after they desquamated- Distinct microfolds were distributed on the surface of the papillae.
