摘要
本文研究了硫氰酸铁络阴离子与结晶紫在水溶液中的显色反应。探讨了显色反应适宜的实验条件。该生成的三元配合物的最大吸收波长为 540nm ,摩尔吸光系数为 3 13× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1,铁的检测范围 0— 7 5μg/2 5ml服从比耳定律。回收率为 98 5%~ 10 2 %。
The color reaction on iron(Ⅲ)thiocyanate complex cationic iron with crystal violet in water solution is determined.Better experimental condition of the color reaction is discussed.Beers, law is obeyed in the range of 0-7.5ug /25 ml Fe 3+ .The apparent molar absorptivity is 3.13×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 540 nm,and recovery is 98.5~102% of the method.
