摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸西布曲明的含量。色谱柱为VenusilMPC18,流动相为含0.1%甲酸的20mmol/L醋酸铵-甲醇(35:65)。检测波长为224nm,流速为1.0ml/min。盐酸西布曲明在0.0225~0.225mg/ml范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.87%,RSD为0.65%(n=6)。本方法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可作为盐酸西布曲明的含量测定方法。
To establish a method for the determination of Sibutramine in kuguaqingzhisu capsule by HPLC. HPLC was used Venusil MP C18 column, mobile phase was methanol-20 mmol/L ammonium acetate (0. 1% formic acid) (35:65) ,The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min with detection wavelength at 224nm. The linear range of sibutramine was from 0. 0225 - 0. 225 mg/ml (r = 0. 9998 ). The average recoverery was 98.87% and RSD was 0. 65 % (n = 6 ). The method is simple, accurate and suitable. It can be used for the determination of Sibutramine in kuguaqingzhisu capsule.
