摘要
用等电聚焦电泳技术测定98例精液/血液标本对葡萄糖磷酸变位酶(phosphoglucomutase,简称PGM_1)亚型的结果,证明同一男性个体血液和精液的PGM_1表型完全一致。同时,测定了171例男性不育症患者的PGM_1亚型。其结果与广州地区正常人群组的比较后,可见男性不育症组的PGM_11^-,1^-2^-,2^-三型的频率较正常人群高,具有显著性意义。在精子数低于0.4亿/ml的患者中,这3型的频率更高。14例无精子精液同样可以测出其PGM_1亚型,说明精液中的PGM_1酶活性,除精子外,还有其他来源。
The results of PGM, subtyping of 93 blood-semen pairs using IEF were presented. It showed that the phenotypes of blood and semen in the same male were identical. Meanwhile, the phenotypes of 171 male patients of infertility were determined, the results were as follows: PGM, 1- 47(27.49%), IT 21(12.28%), 1- 8(4.63%),1+ 2+ 34 (19.88%), 1+2-31(18.18%), 1~2+ 3(1.75%), 1-2- 7(4.09%), 2+7 (4.09%), 2+ 2- 5(2.92%), 2- 4(2.34%), T 8 2(1.17%), 2 + 8 1(0.58%). The frequencies of PGM, 1-, 1-2-, and 2- phenotypes of the male infertility patients were higher statistically than that of the healthy person group. All of 14 semens of azoospermia could be detected for PGM, subtype, combining the result that the semen plasma could be subtyped for PGM,, it suggested that there was other resource of seminal PGM, activity besides spermatozoa.
