摘要
从企业、大学和科研机构、中介服务机构和地方政府四者之间的关系入手 ,对北京、上海、陕西三个各具特色的区域创新体系进行比较 ,揭示了区域创新体系的不同模式及运作规律 ,阐明了各地区要根据本区域市场经济的发育程度、文化背景、经济发展历史和产业结构的状况来构建本地区的创新体系 .
Based on analysis of the relationship among enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions, intermediary service institutions and local goverments, the article gives a comparative study on the three regional innovation systems which have respective distinetive features in Beijing, Shanghai and Shanxi. The auther reveals the different patterns and operating laws of regional innovation system. Then, it points out that each region should coustruct its own innovation system in accordance with its development degree of market economy, cutural background, history of economic development and the conditions of its industrial structure.
