摘要
文章在对牙克石市农用地规模经营的历史和现状进行梳理的基础上,分析总结了通过"二轮三期"延包流转如何有效地保护耕地资源的有效利用,提高土地规模效益,维护广大农民的切身利益,增加农民收入,提出存在的问题以及解决问题的办法和信心。
In this paper,yakeshi city agricultural land scale operation the history and current situation based on carding,analyzed and summarized through ＂two round 3 period＂ extends a circulation of how to effectively protect the effective using of cultivated land resources, improve the land scale,safeguard farmers＂ vital interests, increase the income of peasants,and finally puts forward the existing problems and solutions to the problem.
