摘要
鉴于锅炉特点和控制要求,采用S7-400作为控制器,触摸屏作为人机接口界面,设计了一套锅炉控制系统。在锅炉控制中风油配比、汽包水位控制、炉膛负压控制都格外重要,直接关系到生产的安全、热能的利用率。不仅对系统硬件设计做了详细介绍,而且对重要参数的具体控制方法也做了分析,并且对未来的改进工作做了展望。
In view of the characteristics and control demand of boiler,this paper designs a set of boiler control system using S7-400 as a controller,touch screen as the man-machine interface.Ratio of the air to oil,drum water level control,furnace draft control is particularly important in the boiler control,directly related to the production safety,efficiency of heat energy.This paper not only makes a detailed introduction of the system hardware design,but also the specific control methods of the important parameters are also analyzed,and the improvement of the work for the future is pointed out.
