摘要
红外加热遵循红外光谱匹配吸收原理 ,应用于热溶染色的预烘机、树脂整理机及拉幅定形机上 ,只要调整好红外辐射器的发射光谱 ,并覆盖绝大部分纺织品吸收波段上 ,即可达到节能高效。
Abiding by the absorbing principle matching with infrared spectrum, infrared heating can be applied to thermosol dyeing machine and pre dryer, resin finishing and stenter setting range. Just adjusting emission spectrum of infrared radiator, and covering on absorbing waveband of most textiles, advantages of high energy saving and convenient application can be achieved.
