摘要
利用急冷凝固的方法制备Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3准晶,用X线衍射仪测定Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3准晶的衍射强度。结果表明在Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3的准周期面内H方向和K方向都出现了强衍射峰和弱衍射峰。Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3准晶经过1003 K热处理后,衍射峰的半高宽随Q∥及Q⊥变化而变化,其准点阵平均常数a为6.103 nm,另外准晶在二维等直线图上分布五个方向的衍射强度,这与其理论计算近似晶体的结果相一致,说明了准晶结构向近似晶体结构转化。
Al72.TNi8.0Co19.3 quasicrystals were made of metals of A1, Ni and Co which were melted and quenched into cold water. The intensity of A172.7 Ni8. 0Co19.3 quasicrystals was tested by X-ray diffraction. The results show that there are strong peaks and weak peaks of the diffraction intensity in quasiperiodic plane along H line and K Line. The FWHMs of peaks change along Q//and QI , and the average lattice constants are a = 6. 103 nm for the A172.7Ni8.0Co19.3 quasicrystals heat-treated at 1003 K. The five distributions of a diffraction peak for two-dimensional contour map of the A172.7Ni8.0C019.3 quasicrystals are observed. The results are consistent with those of theoretical calculation of approximate crystals, which indicates that the structure is converted to the approximate crystals from quasicrystals.
