摘要
目的:应用盐酸胺碘酮注射液对快速心律失常患者进行静脉注射治疗,并进行观察及护理管理。方法:选择血管,控制药物的使用浓度,密切观察注射部位,结合心理护理、护理检查,预防并发症。结果:本组有30例患者发生静脉炎,2星期后,受损血管基本恢复正常,有18例低血压患者得到有效治疗,20例心动过缓患者得到有效改善。结论:给快速心律失常患者使用胺碘酮注射液,并加强护理,增强用药的安全性,可疗效,进而改善患者的生活质量。
Objective：to application of amiodarone hydrochloride injection on arrhythmia patients in intravenous therapy for observation and care,and patient care management.Methods：vascular,controlled drug concentration,close observation of the injection site,combined with psychological nursing,nursing examination and prevention of complications.Results：30 cases of patients with phlebitis,2weeks after the damaged vessel returned to normal,18cases of hypotension in patients receive effective treatment,20cases of bradycardia patients were effectively improved heartbeat.Conclusion：to fast arrhythmia in patients with the use of amiodarone can strengthen nursing,enhanced safety,improve the curative effect and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
