摘要
目的:观察骨髓间充质干细胞治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床效果,探讨其护理方法。方法:对比20例再生障碍性贫血患者采用MSC治疗前后的输血时间间隔、实验室指标变化。结果:经骨髓间充质干细胞治疗,20例患者中,有6例患者的外周血细胞计数、骨髓细胞学检查和活检结果全部恢复正常,无复发;5例缓解,3例进步,2例死亡。结论:应用骨髓间充质干细胞治疗再生障碍性贫血,患者的骨髓造血功能有了明显的改善。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects on the patients with aplastic anemia by bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells and explore nursing methods.Methods：20 Bone marrow of patients was collected.Results：There were 20 patients received the stem cells treatment.Blood cell count,bone marrow cytology check and biopsy results recovered to normal for 6 cases.,no one have a relapse;5 cases mitigation,3 cases progress,2 cases death.Conclusion：Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells treatment are safe and effective.
