摘要
目的:探讨新生儿重症剥脱性皮炎的治疗方法与经验。方法:采用全身治疗和局部治疗的方法以及药物、清洁等措施来治疗新生儿剥脱性皮炎。结果:通过治疗和护理,患儿全部出院,复查血常规及肝功能,均恢复正常。结论:给予抗感染、支持治疗,进行精心的护理及严格的消毒和无菌操作,可以有效治疗新生儿剥脱性皮炎。
objective：to draw newborn treatments for severe exfoliative dermatitis method and experience.Methods：the systemic treatment and local treatments and drugs,clean and other measures to treat neonatal exfoliative dermatitis.Results：through the treatment and care,patients all hospital discharge,the routine blood and liver function is normal.Conclusion：anti-infection treatment and support treatment and care and strict disinfection and sterile operation could be an effective treatment for neonatal exfoliative dermatitis.
