摘要
目的:探讨早期的康复训练和护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者的影响及治疗效果。方法:对2009年6月-2011年7月于我院就诊的70例脑卒中患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析,随机分为试验组和对照组两组,试验组患者37例,对照组患者33例。在常规治疗基础上,对试验组的患者进行康复性的训练及护理。结果:试验组患者的康复简式评分及神经功能缺损程度评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者的四肢功能通过早期康复训练以及相应的护理可以得到良好的恢复和改善,且后遗症的出现率也低,值得临床研究和推广。
Objective：To discuss the clinical treatment of nursing and rehabilitation training for patients in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods：Retrospectly analyzed 70 cases of in stroke patients with hemiplegia from Jun.2009 to July.2011 to divide into study group with 37 cases and controlled group with 33 cases.Based on rutine treatment,study group were treated with rehabilitation training and nursing.Results：Through the treatment,patients of study group measured byJane type rating to significant higher than control group（P 0.05）,neural function defect score significantly lower than in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Stroke patients with hemiplegia through early rehabilitation training function of limbs and corresponding nursing can get good restoration and improvement,and there is less experienced rate,it is worth in clinically research and promotion.
