摘要
对上流式厌氧复合床单元及厌氧复合床和一体化氧化沟组合工艺处理城市污水进行了生产性试验 ,并对其效果及工艺参数进行了研究。结果表明 ,厌氧复合床对BOD5的去除率为 4 1%~ 51.5% ,对SS的去除率为 33.7%~ 4 8.9% ,对污泥的截留率为 4 2 %~ 6 9% ;常温厌氧、好氧组合工艺处理城市污水效果良好 ,在厌氧HRT≥ 3h、好氧HRT≥ 8h的条件下 ,出水CODCr、BOD5、SS均满足《GB 8978— 1996》的一级排放标准要求 ,其投资、运行费用和能耗均比常规好氧处理工艺少 2 0 %~ 30 %。
Treatment efficiency and process parameters of upflow anaerobic multi-reactor (UAMR) and UAMR-Oxidation Ditch (OD) with sedimentation zone were studied in this paper. Result showed: BOD 5 removal rate of 41%~51.5%, SS removal rate of 34%~48.9%, and sludge capture rate of 42%~69% can be achieved by UAMR process. Good removal efficiency can be achieved at ambient temperature by UAMR-OD process. Effluent COD, BOD and SS concentration can meet the grade 1 criteria of GB 8978—1996 with UAMR HRT≥3 h, OD HRT≥8 h. The capital investment, operating cost and energy consumption of the process are 20%~30% less than those of traditional aerobic process.
