摘要
目的:探讨非骨折性踝关节损伤的康复治疗方法和疗效。方法:选取2009年3月～2010年7月我院收治的非骨折性踝关节损伤患者72例作为研究对象,对其进行康复理疗及运动训练,并将其临床资料及训练效果进行回顾性的分析。经过3个月一1年的随访,对比其踝关节功能、行走疼痛情况。结果:康复理疗可大大减轻患者踝关节的肿胀及疼痛。结论:对较严重的非骨折性踝关节损伤,采用早期康复理疗及踝关节运动训练的方法,有利于踝关节的稳定及功能恢复。
Object：To explore the method and effect of rehabilitative treatment of ankle injury without fracture.Method：Studied 72 ankle injured cases without fracture between March 2009 to July 2010 in our department.The treatment included conservative physical therapy,motion exercise.Follow up 3 months to 1 year,analyzed the recovery of ROM,VAS score of ankle joint.Result：After rehabilitation treatment,the ankle swell and pain alleviated significantly.Conclusion：The early physical and motion therapy are benefit for the stability and functional recovery of injured ankle joint.
