摘要
采用“两相厌氧消化—兼性 /好氧接触氧化—混凝沉淀—过滤”工艺处理高浓度中药废水 ,并进行了中间试验研究。试验证明 ,该工艺对难生物降解的高浓度中药有机废水可进行有效地治理 ,在流量为 0 .38m3 /d、进水浓度为 12 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 0 0mgCOD/L时 ,COD总去除率可达 99%以上。
A process with “two phase anaerobic digestion facultative aerobic contact oxidation coagulation sedimentation filtration' used to treat high strength organic wastewater from traditional Chinese medicine production process was developed and a pilot scale test was carried out on the basis of laboratory investigation. The results showed that the new process was effective for high strength bio resistant wastewater from traditional Chinese medicine production. The COD removal was more than 99% with the inflow of 0.38 m 3/d and the inlet COD of 12 000~20 000 mg /L.
