摘要
以粉煤灰为原料,采用水热晶化一步法合成沸石产品,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究废水中亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附去除特性。吸附过程能在反应开始的10min内达到总吸附量的70%以上;对于20mg/L、pH值为6的MB溶液,反应60min后沸石对MB的吸附量为13.25mg/g,要综合衡量吸附量和去除率,优化选择MB浓度和沸石质量。正交试验表明:选取合适的操作条件优化组合,可以使废水的脱色率提高到99%以上。吸附反应过程不会使有毒污染物释放进入液相体系,对于20mg/L左右的中低浓度MB废水,沸石吸附体系是具有较高安全性的废水净化工艺。
Fly ash was used to produce zeolite by one - stage hydrothermal crystallization process, and the adsorption charac- teristics on zeolite were revealed by one -factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The 70% maximum adsorption capacity is achieved at the beginning of lOmin. At the pH value of 6 and MB concentration of 20mg/'L, the adsorption capacity of 13.25mg/ g is obtained after 60min. The adsorption capacity and removal efficiency should be taken into account together to choose MB con- centration and zeolite dosage. The orthogonal experiment shows the maximum decolorization efficiency is more than 99% at optimal conditions. The adsorption system with zeolite releases little harmful and poisonous ions into MB polluted wastewater with low con- centration (20mg/L) , which is safe for practical application.
