老年高血压患者左心室重构的超声心动图评价 被引量：4

摘要 长期的血流动力学负荷是导致老年高血压患者左室重构发生的诱发因素之一〔1〕。大量研究已经证实,高血压引发的左心室重构（LVR）常会诱发一系列心脑血管事件,临床应引起高度重视,并根据患者左心室的不同重构类型给予对症治疗〔2〕。本研究旨在通过超声心动图观察老年高血压患者不同类型的左心室重构特点,运用超声心动图分析心脏的结构和心功能特点,为临床对症治疗老年高血压患者提供参考。
