阿尔茨海默病患者下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴激素水平的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴各激素水平变化。方法选择四川绵阳地区AD患者50例,每例AD患者选择1例年龄、性别和健康状态(除外AD)匹配的对照。7:00am采集空腹血清,用放免法检测血清下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴各激素水平。结果 AD患者下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴各激素水平:促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、总四碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT4)、游离T3(FT3)和游离T4(FT4)显著低于对照人群(P<0.05)。结论 AD患者下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴功能显著降低。 Objective To explore change of hypothalamus-hypophysis-thyreoidea in Alzheimer′s disease(AD) patients.Methods 50 AD patients were selected.Thyrotropin releasing hormone(TRH),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),total triiodothyronine(TH3),total tetraiodothyronine(TH4),free triiodothyronine(FT3) and free tetraiodothyronine(FT4) were detected by using radio-immunity.Results AD patient had lower TRH,TSH TH3,TH4,FT3 and FT4 than that of controls(P〈0.05).Conclusions AD is associated lower function of Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Thyroid axis.
