摘要
目的:总结微创穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血的临床体会。方法:根据病灶的位置,采用微创穿刺引流管对15例高血压脑出血患者进行微创穿刺引流术,术后定期进行临床及影像学随访。记录、分析治疗效果,总结经验。结果:15例高血压脑出血患者,术后9例(60.0%)治愈,生活能自理,无明显的神经功能障碍,5例(33.3%)偏瘫,1例(6.7%)死亡。无一例发生颅内感染、出血等并发症。结论:微创穿刺引流术是治疗高血压脑出血安全、有效的方法,能提高患者的生存率及生存质量。
Objective ：To summarize therapeutic experience of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage （HICH） by minimally invasive surgery of puncture and drainage.Methods ：According to lesion locations, fifteen cases surgically indicated were fenestrated to minimally invasive surgery of puncture and drainage. Clinical and radiological relief were followed after operation.To record, analyse treatment effects and summarize the experience of treatment.Results ：In 15 cases I-IICH, the complete cure rate was 60.0%, life can provide for oneself, no obvious disorders of nervous functions, the hemiplegia rate was 33.3%, the death rate was 6.7%.No severe complications including intracranial infection or hemorrhage occurred.Conclusion ：Minimally invasive surgery of puncture and drainage is a safe and effective method for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
