本文详细介绍台湾 9·2 1大地震基本情况、强震地面运动特点、地震地质破坏、各类建筑物的震害情况及特点 ;分析震害原因 ,总结经验教训 ,对工程抗震设计。
The paper introduces the September 21 of 1999 Great Taiwan Earthquake in following aspects:main features of earthquake events,strong ground motion,seismo?geological failures,damages of buildings and infrastructures.Analyses of the earthquake damage mechanism and summaries of experiences are carried out for the seismic design,construction and management.
