摘要
目的预防血站检验科内医源性感染事件的发生。方法更新观念,预防为主,做好突发事件的应急预案,建立工作人员健康档案,加强岗前培训,全员持证上岗,建立健全各种规章制度,严格执行科室操作规程,合理设计实验室,配备充足防护设备和设施,加强科内医源性感染的管理。结果通过加强上述医源性感染的措施与管理,提高了工作人员预防医源性感染的自我保护能力,最大限度控制了血站检验科内的医源性感染,保障了工作人员的安全和身体健康。结论健全各种规章制度,严格执行科室操作规程,合理设计实验室,加强培训和管理,可以预防血站检验科内医源性感染事件的发生。
OBJECTIVE To prevent the nosocomial infections in the clinical laboratories of the blood centers. METHODS The construction of laboratory was designed reasonably, the protective equipments and facilities were equipped and the emergency plan was formulated to enhance the conception of self-protection for prevention. Every staff engaged in the work of the clinical laboratory after before-work training and certificated. The health-recolrd of every staff was established and the regulations of the blood centers and the standard of operating procedures were developed to reinforce the management of the nosocomial infections. RESULTS By means of those measures, the nosocomial infections in the clinical laboratories of the blood centers were achieved in the maximum of control to ensure the safety and health of the department staff. CONCLUSION It is effective to prevent nosocomial infections in the clinical laboratory of blood center through the sound regulations, strict implementation of operation procedures, reasonable design of the laboratory and the reinforcement of the training and management.
