摘要
针对高原地区机场道面混凝土的工作特点,分析了道面混凝土除冰盐破坏的机理,借鉴国内外相关试验方法,确定了道面混凝土抗表面剥落试验方法和评价指标,采用盐冻法对5种类型的道面混凝土进行了抗表面剥落性能试验研究,试验结果表明:在普通道面混凝土中掺入优质粉煤灰、合成纤维和引气减水剂可以大大提升道面表面使用品质和抗剥落性能,能够确保飞行安全,有效延长道面使用寿命,应大力推广使用。
Aimsming at the work characteristics of the airfield pavement concrete on plateau,the de- struct mechanism of the deicing chemicals act on the pavement concrete is analysed. The right testing methods and value indexes of scaling resistance of the pavement concrete are selected on the basis of the testing methods at home and abroad. In order to research the scaling resistance of the pavement concrete, the five kinds of pavement concrete are studied. The results indicate that the surface use quality and the scaling resistance of the ordinary concrete mixed with fly ash, synthetic fibre, air-entraining and water-re- ducing agent are very well, which could insure the flight safe and extend the employ life of pavement effec- tively, the application of the concrete in the airfield pavement engineering should be extended energetically.
