摘要
目的探讨小剂量奥氮平联合文拉法辛缓释片对躯体形式障碍的疗效。方法对23例躯体形式障碍患者使用小剂量奥氮平联合文拉法辛缓释片治疗6周,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定疗效,观察两药合用的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗6周后症状改善明显,躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、强迫因子分比较有显著差异(t=14.55,13.60,9.57,8.74;P<0.01),不良反应轻。结论小剂量奥氮平联合文拉法辛缓释片对躯体形式障碍的疗效较好,不良反应少。
Objective To explore the efficacy of low-dose olanzapine combined with venlafaxine sustain release tablets in the treatment of somatoform disorder. Methods Low-dose olanzapine combined with venlafaxine sustain release tablets have been administered to 23 patients with somatoform disorder for 6weeks. The efficacy was assessed using symptom checklist （scl-90）and the side effects were observed. Results The symptoms were obviously improved after treatment. There were significant differences in somatoform,anxiety,depression and compulsion （t=14.55,13.60,9.57,8.74;P〈0. 01）and less side effects. Conclusion The efficacy of low-dose olanzapine combined with venlafaxine sustain release tablets in the treatment of somatoform disorder is good. The side-effects is less.
