摘要 面临日益激烈的市场竞争,优秀人才成为众多企业争夺的宝贵资源。利用社交网络进行人才招聘,作为传统招聘活动的延伸和补充,能够为企业提供更精准、真实、便捷、高效的人力资源解决方案,节约招聘成本,实现最佳招聘效果。
