摘要
麦迪霉素样品先用简单的吸附方法除去强极性组分后,再用三波长分光光度法分析其有效成分。测定波长分别为230nm和279nm。结果表明所建立的方法是令人满意的。
Samples were first treated with neutral aluminium oxide to remove the strongly polar components and then analysed by means of three-wavelength spectrophotometry,in which the bands of 230nm and 279 nm were selected
for the determination of the effective components.The results show that the established method is satisfactory.
