摘要
根据已有的资料,详细论述了县区配电网工程管理的重要性,以及工程管理的主要阶段和流程,根据自身在这一方面的认识和经验,提出了相应的改进建议,以期能够提高县区配电网工程管理水平。
With the society economic developing rapidly, the districts grid construction and renovation projects are also increasing. Most of the grid construction and renovation projects are the renovation of lines and equipment below 35 kW, which is the basic work. It＇s important to manage the districts grid construction and renovation project, so that we can make the structure of the entire grid more scientific and reasonable, and improve the security and stability of its operation. This article discussed the importance of the project management, introduced the main stages and processes. At last, it gave some appropriate recommendations for improvement.
