摘要
高技术企业竞争情报部门的绩效与该类企业的发展密切相关。在实证研究中,运用因子分析将影响竞争情报部门绩效的多种因素归结为"领导"、"情报部门目标设定"、"部门间互动"、"个体特征"和"组织环境"5类因子。进一步的多元回归分析结果表明,上述因子对竞争情报部门绩效均具有影响力,且前3个因子影响力较大。研究结果对提升高技术企业竞争情报部门绩效有较大参考作用。
The performance of the competitive intelligence department of the hi-tech enterprise is closely related with the development of the enterprise of this kind. In the empirical study, the factor analysis is used to divide the factors affecting the perform- ance of the competitive intelligence department into five ones, that is, leader, intelligence department goal setting, interaction a- mong departments, individual characteristics and organizational environment. The further multiple regression analysis shows that the above-mentioned factors all have influences on the performance of the competitive intelligence department, and the first three factors have greater influences. The research results have a greater reference role on the improvement of the performance of the competitive intelligence department of the hi-tech enterprise.
