摘要
文章旨在探讨和构建检索语言的可用性评价及其指标。通过调研现有检索语言评价和可用性相关的研究,发现目前检索语言评价研究比较分散,过于强调检索效果,并依附于检索系统评价。根据检索语言和可用性评价的特点,初步构建了检索语言的可用性评价指标体系,然后运用专家调查法对该指标体系进行优化完善,利用Matlab进行层次分析以确定各指标的权重。研究结果有利于检索语言在网络环境下更好地发挥其功能,提升效率和用户满意度。
This paper aims to explore and construct the usability evaluation and indices of retrieval language. After reviewing the existing research on retrieval language evaluation and usability, the paper finds out that the current retrieval language evaluation and research are relatively scattered, put too much emphasis on retrieval resuhs, and leech on to retrieval system evaluation. This paper constructs a preliminary usability evaluation index system of retrieval language according to the features of retrieval language and usability evaluation. Then, by the use of the expert investigation method, the paper optimizes and perfects the index system. The paper uses the hierarchical analysis method to determine the weight of each index via matlab. The research results will contrib- ute to better performance of retrieval language in the network environment, and improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
