摘要
基于近距离煤层赋存特征与矿井生产技术条件的实际情况,通过对预防性注浆技术机理与应用特点的深入研究,在汝箕沟煤矿3#煤层首采工作面回采前对其上部与之相距较近、埋藏较浅、不易自燃、回采过程中发生过火灾的二2煤层采空区进行了预注浆。实践表明,对二2煤层采空区进行预防性注浆后,浮煤自燃析出气体中CO浓度一直保持在10×10-6以下,同时无其他自燃标志性气体产生,保障了3#煤层工作面的安全回采。该技术在矿井近距离煤层防灭火中的应用效果明显,可有效预防煤层自燃及已有火区复燃的发生与发展,对保障煤矿的安全生产有较强的实际意义。
Based on the occurrence features of close - distance seam and practical situation of mine production technology, through the in - depth study on mechanism and application characteristics of preventive grouting technology, the pre - grouting is done in the gob of No. II 2 coal seam which is shallow buried, nonflammability, fire happened during mining process, and close to the first working face in No. 3 coal seam of Ruqigou coal mine. The practice shows that the CO concentration in bubbing of the floating coal spontaneous com- bustion has remained at less than 10 ×10^-6 after pre -grouting in No. II 2 coal seam gob, and no other representative gas is created at the same time, which ensures the safe recovery of the No. 3 coal seam working face. This technology has obvious application effect for fire prevention and extinguishing in close - distance seams, can effectively prevent the occurrence and development of the recrudes- cence of existing fire zone and coal seam spontaneous combustion, and has strong practical significance for the protection of coal mine safety production.
