摘要
由于矿灯保护器在过电流安全保护中存在局限性,所以矿灯在正常使用中存在潜在的安全隐患。以本质安全电源电路理论为指导,通过分析矿灯电路中串联限流器件后对LED光源工作性能的影响程度,选定限流方式,研究设计限流器件的结构原理,优化确定限流电路的工作参数,研制出实用、高能、可靠的理想限流电路,该电路保护等级达到"ia"。
Miner's lamp has potential risk in normal operations due to the limitation of miner's lamp protector in current protection. Based on the theory of intrinsic safety of the power circuit, by analyzing the impact of cascade current limiter on the performance of the LED light source in miner's lamp circuit, the paper selects the type of limited current, designs and studies the structural principle of current - limiting protective parts, optimizes and decides the operating parameters of limited current circuit, and develops an applica- tive, efficient, reliable and ideal limited current circuit. The protection class of this limited current circuit can reach "ia".
