摘要
目的评价超声检查在腮腺区肿块定性诊断中的价值.方法应用二维超声和彩色多普勒显像(CDF)I相结合,对164例腮腺区肿块患者进行术前的定性诊断,其中男93例,女71例.年龄19~68岁,平均49.67岁.将超声诊断结果与术后组织病理和随访资料进行比较研究.结果超声的定位诊断准确率达100%.定性诊断准确率为72.56%(119/164),肿瘤与非肿瘤的敏感性为91.17%,特异性为100%,12例为假阴性,假阴性率为8.82%;无假阳性病例,假阳性率为0%,良恶性病变的敏感性为50.00%.特异性为91.07%;26例为假阴性,假阴性率为50.00%.10例为假阳性,假阳性率为8.93%;此项检查无临床并发症.结论超声检查在腮腺区肿块的定性诊断中有重要作用,是一种经济、快捷、安全和诊断准确性较高的诊断方法.
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of altrasonography masses. Methods Uhrasonography was performed in 164 patients with parotid were male and 71 were females. Their age ranged from 19 to 68 years with an in the diagnosis of parotid gland gland masses. Among them, 93 average age of 49.67 years . The uhrasonographic results were compared with postoperative histopathological results and follow-up outcomes. Results The qualitative diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonographic was 72.5% (119/164) and the sensitivity for tumors was 91.17%, and the spectificity was 100%, 12 patients was false negative with a false negative rate of 8.82%. The sensitivity and specifacity for benign and malignant lesions was 50% and 91.07%, respectively, 26 patients were false negative with a false negative rate of 50%.10 patients were false positive with a false positive rate of 8.93%. No clinical complications were found. Conclusion Uhrasonography plays an important role in the diagnosis of parotid gland masses, and is an economic, rapid, safe diaznostic method with higher accuracy.
